Harvard Health Publishing (2019) v svojih virih navaja anksioznost kot koristen pojav, ki nas skuša ohraniti zbrane in osredotočene, da smo lahko pripravljeni, če bi od nas zunanja situacija zahtevala odziv.</image:title>

Daljši čas uporabe zaslonov je povezan tudi s slabšo kvaliteto spanca in z manjšo količino tega (Sahu et al., 2024).</image:title>

V raziskavi so avstralski znanstveniki (Lee et al., 2018) ugotovili, da je tudi brez ob aktivne uporabe mobilnih naprav, zgolj ob prisotnosti le-teh, medtem ko govorimo s sočlovekom, to potencial za spodkopavanje kakovosti medosebnega stika. Možnosti, da pri sogovornikom spregledamo neverbalne znake, njegove izraze, preslišimo spremembe tona glasu in imamo zmanjšan očesni stik z njimi so večje. Vse našteto je pa sicer pomembno za izpolnjujočo medosebno komunikacijo iz oči v oči.</image:title>

Raziskovali so razlike med posamezniki, ki so izbrali knjigo za samopomoč v e-obliki in tistimi, ki so si pomagali sami brez knjig in zaznali izboljšanje pri tistih, ki so izbrali e-knjigo za samopomoč.</image:title>

Bolj striktno upoštevanje te diete vpliva varovalno proti anksioznosti pri odraslih in starostnikih. V nasprotju s tem, pa obratno velja za dieto z visoko vsebnostjo maščob in sladkorja, ter nizkim vnosom sadja in zelenjave – kar imenujemo zahodnjaška dieta. Tovrsten način prehranjevanja je povezan s povišano simptomatiko anksioznosti (Butler et al., 2025).</image:title>
